Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to Puerto Rico, the United States, and internationally via DHL or UPS depending on availability at the time of your order. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
What materials do you use? We work with materials chosen for their quality and intention. Our pieces are made with stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel, natural crystals and stones, ceramics, and thread. Stainless steel is our go-to for everyday pieces — it's durable, resistant to tarnish, and gentle on sensitive skin. Every material is selected with care, because what touches your body matters.
How do I care for my pieces? A little care goes a long way. To keep your ORA pieces looking their best: avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions — put your jewelry on last. Store pieces separately to avoid scratching. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Gold-plated pieces will last longer when kept away from humidity and chemicals. Treat them with intention and they'll stay with you.
Can I wear my piece more than one way? That's one of our favorite things about ORA pieces — many of them are designed to adapt to you. A necklace worn long or layered short. A bracelet stacked or worn alone. A charm moved from bag to bag. We'll always note in the product description when a piece has multiple ways to wear it, but honestly — we encourage you to experiment. There's no wrong way to wear something that feels right.
